The increasingly intense global climate change has posed a severe threat to food security. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the multiple impacts of climate change on agricultural production, food supply, food acquisition, and food utilization, this paper discusses the challenges faced by food security guarantee work in the context of climate change. Some adaption strategies are proposed from such perspectives as agricultural production, technical innovation, policy making, and international cooperation in the hope to alleviate the negative effects of climate change on food security and reinforce the resilience of food system. Relevant research indicates multi-layer and dimensional adaption measures are of great significance in dealing with the food security risks resulting from climate changes.
