This paper introduces a tuna oil refining process, which scientifically selects the four stripping (deacid, discoloration, grease, deodorization) process and correctly determines the process parameters, so as to realize the control of the product acid price, color and other key quality indicators, and produce high quality tuna oil. This has good promotion significance for promoting the comprehensive utilization of by-products of tuna processing industry in China.
