To provide a cooked-frozen food that prevents heating plaques occurring on frozen foods during the microwave cooking and scorches of noodle and rice associated therewith.SOLUTION: A cooked-frozen food for the microwave cooking has pasty seasoning liquid 1 arranged on a main food material 2 such as noodle and rice, and oily seasoning liquid 3 arranged right under the pasty seasoning liquid 1, in the empty spaces in the main food material 2. Viscosity of the pasty seasoning liquid 1 is 5 Pa s or higher at 30 degrees centigrade, and the water content of the oily seasoning liquid 3 is 1 weight percent or below, and the salt content of the oily seasoning liquid 3 is higher than that of the pasty seasoning liquid 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
