A conventional household chocolate maker could not uniformly and finely grind the raw material of the cacao nibs. A chocolate maker comprising: A fixed molar that is cylindrical and has an inner wall; a rotor that rotates relative to the fixed molar; and a control unit that controls rotation of the rotor, wherein the control unit executes a first processing step of rotating the rotor at a low speed and a high torque, and a second processing step of rotating the rotor at a high speed, The cacao nibs can be uniformly and finely ground in a relatively short time, and a good-quality chocolate can be obtained in spite of home use.
