The present specification relates to dried fruit products. In particular, a dried food product is disclosed wherein the dried fruit product includes a berry product comprising a whole berry, having a moisture content of 1 percent to 7 percent, a porosity between 0.4 percent and 0.8 percent, and a hardness of 500g to 15000g. In some embodiments, the berry product has a bulk density of 0.1 to 0.4 g/cc, an apparent density of 0.2 to 0.7 g/cc, or a true density of 0.3 to 1.5 g/cc. In some embodiments, the berry is an infused berry. In some embodiments the berry product includes a coating.
