Seven kinds of macroporous resins are used to purify the total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen. According to the adsorption and desorption capacity, the best macroporous resin model is selected. The effects of loading solution concentration, loading speed and loading solution volume on the adsorption rate of macroporous resins and the effects of eluent type, eluent concentration, elution speed and eluent volume on the desorption rate of macroporous resin are studied. The purification process of total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by macroporous resin is optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that DM301 macroporous resin has the best purification effect on the total flavonoids from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.
