Provided is a continuous liquid removal device for food that achieves movement of food during liquid removal by a continuous moving means based on a new concept different from a conventional one. The recovery device includes a recovery chamber 11 and a rotary tank 21 rotating in the recovery chamber 11. At least a part of the peripheral wall of the rotary tank 21 is a permeable wall 16 that allows the liquid to permeate. The permeable wall 16 is inclined with respect to the rotational axis of the rotary tank 21, centrifugal force accompanying the rotation of the rotary tank 21 acts on the food introduced from the food introduction passage 31, and the food moves upward along the permeable wall 16 and is subjected to liquid removal during movement.
