A keg connector 131 has a beverage passage 135 and a sensor with two probes 148. The two probes 148 are spaced to contact beverage flowing through the beverage passage 135 in use to measure a parameter of the beverage, e.g., bubbles (foam on beer or fob). A coolant may flow via 139 and conduit 105 along an annular space concentrically surrounding the beverage line, which may flow through conduit 103. The beverage may thus be chilled from the connector 131 onwards to minimise fouling or spoiling/ micro-bacterial growth. A connector assembly may be provided comprising the connector and insulating material (Fig. 5B). A dispense system may be provided comprising the connector, a cooler, and a flexible tube-in-tube conduit (Fig. 1).
