[Problem] to provide a means for producing an O/W type emulsified chocolate that can be emulsified to bring about a stable emulsified state and does not lose the delicate flavor of the cacao. Solution: An O/W type emulsified chocolate can be produced by mixing a pulverized chocolate with an aqueous raw material and subjecting the mixture to an emulsifying treatment, thereby stabilizing an emulsified state and maintaining a chocolate-like taste.
