To provide an adhesive composition that has excellent adhesive performance and can achieve both antistatic performance and stain-resistant performance and to provide an adhesive film and a surface protective film each using the adhesive composition.SOLUTION: The adhesive composition contains an acrylic polymer, an antistatic agent, a crosslinking agent and a polyether-modified siloxane compound. The acrylic polymer is an acrylic polymer of a copolymer produced by copolymerizing at least one kind of alkyl (meth)acrylate monomers with at least one kind of (D) polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate monomers. The polyether-modified siloxane compound is an odorless purified polyether-modified siloxane compound and the odorless purified polyether-modified siloxane compound is contained in a ratio of 0.01 to 1.0 pts.wt based on 100 pts.wt of the acrylic polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
