PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material which has less effect of elution to its contents when made into a packaging bag, and is excellent in lamination strength, and has a good tearing property even after the lapse of a time after filled with the contents.SOLUTION: A packaging material has, in order, a substrate, a printing layer, an adhesive layer, and a sealant, wherein the printing layer is formed by printing a gravure ink containing a polyester-based urethane resin, the polyester-based urethane resin has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 2 to 10, the adhesive layer is formed by applying an adhesive containing a polyester resin and an isocyanate compound, and the polyester resin has a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 1.5 to 5.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
