[Object] to provide a method for producing a W/O type emulsified oil and fat composition that can be produced by a simple method at a low cost and can be produced in a small amount. [Solution] the method for producing the emulsified product comprises the steps of: Pre-emulsifying an aqueous phase and an oil phase by stirring; adding at least one of an oil phase that is cooled to a solidified state, an aqueous phase in a chilled state or a frozen state, and a sub-material in a chilled state or a frozen state to a pre-emulsified product obtained by the pre-emulsifying; Emulsifying, quenching, and plasticizing.
