To provide a decorative material capable of having an appearance different from conventional ones especially in the expression of a carbon fiber woven fabric tone.SOLUTION: A decorative material comprises a plurality of first regions with one direction long in the plane view of the decorative material and a plurality of second regions with one direction long in the plane view of the decorative material that are arranged so that the directions of the first region and the second region are different from each other, with a plurality of convex lines being arranged inside the first regions and inside the second regions and the convex lines of the first regions and/or the convex lines of the second regions extending in a curved shape in the plane view of the decorative material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
