The present invention provides an ice slurry production system having excellent characteristics for refrigeration. The present invention comprises: an ice slurry storage tank 12 which stores a saline solution that is isotonic or substantially isotonic with an object to be refrigerated; a disk part 14 and a sweeping part 16 which produce flake ice of frozen saline solution and mix the flake ice with the saline solution; a liquid nitrogen tank 18 which supplies liquid nitrogen to the disk part 14; and a nano-mixer 20 which uses the liquid nitrogen that has passed through the disk part 14 and incorporates, into the saline solution, at least nitrogen nano-bubbles from among nitrogen micro-bubbles and nitrogen nano-bubbles.
