To inexpensively provide a polyester film showing a high pencil hardness scale when a hard coat layer is laminated.SOLUTION: A polyester film for a surface protective film of a flexible display is provided, which has a thickness of 25 to 100 micro m and an indentation depth of 1.4 micro m or less after a test load is removed.
