Provided is an anti-allergic agent. The anti-allergic agent contains, as an active ingredient, an oil or fat in which the contained amount of a-linolenic acid in fatty acids forming the oil or fat is 40 mass percent or more and which contains 25 mass percent or more of diacylglycerol.
