PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal-material sheet for a solar battery module, which does not need a cross-linking process, which can achieve a high productivity, which has heat resistance and moldability, and which can suppress the occurrence of unevenness in thickness when integrated into a solar battery module.SOLUTION: A seal-material sheet 1 is composed of a multilayer sheet comprising: a core layer 11 of 0.905 to 0.925 g/cmin density; and a skin layer 12 formed on an outermost surface of the seal-material sheet, having a density of 0.875 to 0.905 g/cm, and including a silane-modified polyethylene-based resin.
