One purpose of the present invention is to provide an autoimmune disease therapeutic agent that can selectively inhibit IFN-gamma, does not have a risk of biological contamination, and can be stored at room temperature. Provided is an autoimmune disease therapeutic agent including, as an active ingredient, a DNA oligonucleotide that has the nucleic acid sequence indicated in any of SEQ ID NO:1-3 and selectively binds to IFN-gamma. Provided as a separate aspect is a DNA oligonucleotide that has the nucleic acid sequence indicated in any of SEQ ID NO:1-3 and has an autoimmune disease therapeutic effect by selectively binding to IFN-gamma.
