PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide garlic powder having a high SAC content and good flowability and a method for producing the same, and an oral composition for preventing or reducing high-level brain fatigue.SOLUTION: A method for producing garlic powder from garlic extract is provided, including the step (A) for subjecting garlic extract to peptidase treatment and yeast fermentation.
