PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic surface protective film that causes little contamination on an adherend and exhibits no degradation over time and excellent antistatic performance on peeling.SOLUTION: The antistatic surface protective film is produced through successive steps of: on one surface of a substrate film 1 made of a transparent resin, forming an adhesive layer 2 of an adhesive composition comprising a copolymer of an acrylic polymer and containing (D) an isocyanate compound having two or more functional groups, (E) a crosslinking accelerator, and (F) a ketoenol tautomer; and bonding a release film 5 that has a release agent layer 4 containing an antistatic laminated on one surface of a resin film 3, to the surface of the adhesive layer 2 with the release agent layer 4 interposed therebetween.
