To provide a composition that has a significant anti-glycation action on protein or the like and inhibits production of advanced glycation end products (AGEs).SOLUTION: A composition contains a combination of specific materials, namely, at least two selected from polyamine or salt thereof, chrysanthemum, safflower, rose, pomegranate, barley and mugwort. The polyamine contained herein is preferably spermine. The raw material containing the polyamine is preferably a rice germ.EFFECT: It can be used as an anti-glycation composition or cosmetic composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
