A device and method for guiding a noodle strip

Problem to be solved: To provide a noodle strip guide device for guiding the tip of a noodle strip to a processing device such as a rolling roller, wherein the guide of the tip of the noodle strip to the processing device is simply performed without using a complicated mechanism. Solution: A rolling roll 84 is provided with a support member 822 for suspending and supporting the tip of a long and strip-like noodle strip M in the gravity direction, and a rolling roll 84 fixed to the tip of an arm of a robot, gripping an intermediate part positioned closer to the support member 822 side than the tip of the noodle strip M suspended and supported by the support member 822 as a solid line, and moving the tip of the rolling roll 84 in the rolling roll 84 in the rolling roll.
