To perform fluorescent coloring on nucleolus of a cell.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a nucleolus fluorescent dyeing method which includes: Step 1 of treating a sample containing cells with a membrane permeabilization solution; Step 2 of treating the sample obtained in the Step 1 with nucleolus fluorescent dyeing liquid containing terbium ions; and Step 3 of performing fluorescent coloring on the sample obtained in the Step 2 under irradiation with ultraviolet excitation light.SELECTED DRAWING: None
