A gas barrier laminate according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises a paper base material, a first resin layer, a deposition layer, and a second resin layer in this order. The density of the gas barrier laminate is 0.9 grams per cubic centimetre to 1.5 grams per cubic centimetre, inclusive. The dimensions of the gas barrier laminate in an environment having a RH of 90 percent at 40 degrees centigrade to the dimensions thereof in an environment having a RH of 20 percent at 40 degrees centigrade have a dimensional rate of change of 0.8 percent or less in the CD direction.
