Problem to be solved: To provide an oral composition that effectively utilizes cafic acid or a derivative thereof. Solution: The oral composition contains cafic acid or a derivative thereof and at least one saccharide selected from an oligosaccharide, a beta-glucan or a peptide glycan. More preferably, the oral composition contains cafic acid or a derivative thereof, at least one saccharide selected from an oligosaccharide, a beta-glucan or a peptide glycan, and charcoal.
