To provide a bar-shaped meat processed product manufacturing method when the multiple bar-shaped meat processed products with stabilized product shapes are manufactured by cutting each sausage connected in a chain, and provide the bar-shaped meat processed products manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: A bar-shaped meat processed product manufacturing method includes: a filling step S2 of forming sausages connected in a chain by twisting the filled casings; an alignment step S3 of folding back each of the sausages connected in a chain in a twisted portion, and aligning them on trays so as to become substantially parallel in the longitudinal direction; a stacking step S4 of stacking the multiple trays placing the aligned sausages; and a heating step S5 of boiling or steaming the sausages on the stacked trays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
