LAMINATE AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

To provide a laminate having low total reflection, excellent low-reflectivity and high jet-blackness, and a production method of the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate is provided, in which a clear layer (r2) having a specific fine concavo-convex structure on a surface thereof is deposited on a carbon nanotube-containing layer (r1) comprising at least a carbon nanotube (a) and a binder (b). In the surface of the clear layer (r2), arithmetic average roughness Ra as a surface roughness parameter in a height direction is 0.2 to 2.5 micro m, an average length RSm of a roughness curved line element as a surface roughness parameter in a lateral direction is 0.1 to 2.5 micro m, and a ratio (RSm/Ra) of RSm to Ra is 0.1 to 3.
