To provide a band applicator capable of utilizing a soft tape.SOLUTION: A band applicator comprises a tape guide and a tape control part, and is used for applying a tape to an object to be bound. The tape guide is formed in a loop shape and has a feeding part, an endless belt, a drive part, a fan, and an outer frame. The feeding part is a space for sending the tape from the outside to the inside of the tape guide. The endless belt is folded back so as not to stuff the feeding part, is doubly arranged along the inside of the tape guide, and thus forms a path. A plurality of holes are formed in the endless belt.
