Problem to be solved: To provide a protective member for an operation device and the operation device. A protective member (110, 120) for an operating device 40 is provided. The protection member includes a spacer 110 stuck to the operation surface 40 a of the operation device 40, and the spacer 110 has at least one opening 110 a having a range of at least one or more operation switches 42 and 47 in a position corresponding to one or more operation switches 42 and 47 arranged on the operation surface 40 a.
