In a spouted pouch (110), a spout attachment film (130) has a flange-facing region (131) in which a flange (171) of a spout (170) is placed so as to face the flange-facing region (131), a pouch body (120) has shape-controlling seal sections (127), (128) in which portions of the spout attachment film (130) located inward of connection seals (122) in the transverse direction (Xa) and side films are welded, and the shape-controlling seal sections (127), (128) have portions located in regions between the flange-facing region (131) and the connection seals (122) in the transverse direction (Xa).
