To provide a packaging bag which can prevent positional deviation of a cover when being held.SOLUTION: A packaging bag includes a bag-shaped body made of sheet material and a cylindrical cover 40 that contains the body by bending it so that both sides of the body approach each other. On the cover 40 is provided a notch part 46 cut out from each edge side of upper and lower edges toward the center. The cover 40 is attached to the body so that the notch 46 is located at a corner C formed by bending the body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
