Problem to be solved: To provide a dried green vegetable food hardly causing browning. [Solution] a dried food is produced by a method comprising the following step I) and step iv). I) branching the green vegetable; II) dehydrating the green vegetable of I); III) mixing the green vegetable of II) with the external sugar in a weight ratio of 80:20; and iv) drying the green vegetable.
