The present invention relates to a grill made of stainless steel which uses liquid gas as fuel. It has some electromechanical-kinematic arrangements such as the grill rotation mechanism, the automatic hob cleaning mechanism, the integrated heat chamber as well as the liquid gas consumption and management control system. Additionally, inside there is a multitude of electronic arrangements made of input and output arrangements which work together by receiving and giving the corresponding commands for each cooking case to the central control unit which is adequately structured in order to communicate with an independent application. Thus, the user is given the possibility to interact with the smart grill, setting various grilling conditions according to his wishes for grilling various edible products without him being involved at all in the grilling process.
