Ethylene-based copolymer compositions and uses thereof

Provided is an ethylene-based copolymer composition that can improve adhesion to a layer containing a fiber material to improve productivity, is excellent in adhesion to a layer containing a fiber material, and can maintain mechanical physical properties of the resulting laminate. Provided is an ethylene-based copolymer composition comprising the following (L) and (M). (L) an ethylene/a-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer comprising ethylene [a], an a-olefin [B] having 4/20 carbon atoms, and a non-conjugated polyene [C], which satisfy the following requirements (1) and (4): (M) Tranpolyoctenylene. (1) the molar ratio [ [a]/ [B] of the structural unit derived from ethylene [a] to the structural unit derived from a-olefin [B] is 40/60 590/10; (2) the content of the structural unit derived from non-conjugated polyenes [C] is 0.1 6.0 moles peragent; (4) the B value is 1.20 or more.
