One embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a barrier multilayer body which is sequentially provided with a base material and a sealant layer in this order in the thickness direction, wherein: the base material is a barrier base material that is provided with a polypropylene resin layer and a vapor deposition film; the polypropylene resin layer is a stretched layer; the vapor deposition film is configured from an inorganic oxide; and after a heat treatment at 120 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes, this barrier multilayer body has a thermal shrinkage (MD1) in the MD direction of 2.00 percent or less and a thermal shrinkage (TD1) in the TD direction of 2.00 percent or less.
