Draining device

A draining device capable of stably maintaining a state in which a dimension is reduced is provided. The draining device includes a pair of fixtures extending in an elongated shape, and a plurality of tubular members fixed to the pair of fixtures and extending between the pair of fixtures. Each tubular member includes an outer tube and an inner tube housed in the outer tube in an insert shape. Each fixture is made of a flexible material and can be folded. A locking member is provided to secure one tubular member to the other tubular member.
