The present invention relates to a labeled container for food or drink, wherein a printed label is bonded to the lateral surface. This labeled container for food or drink has a lip that comes into direct contact with the mouth of a user; the printed label comprises at least a print layer of an ultraviolet curable ink and a protective layer that is positioned on the outer side of the print layer; and the protective layer is formed of a resin film that conforms to the positive list for food utensils, containers and packaging. Consequently, this labeled container for food or drink ensures high safety even in cases where a user directly puts his/her mouth on the container and the label comes into contact with the mouth.
