To provide a structure for a pre-stressed concrete integrated with a spacer capable of preventing deformation and damage of a steel permanent formwork.SOLUTION: A structure for a pre-stressed concrete comprises: a steel plate 4b; a rod-like steel material 10 used as a spacer for a pre-stressed concrete whose first end 10a is enlarged and to whose second end at an opposite side a temporary formwork is connected; and a cylinder-shaped member 11 which is fixed to the steel plate 4b, and has an inner diameter larger than the first end 10. The cylinder-shaped member 11 includes an end face with a hole 11a having a smaller diameter than the first end 10a and allowing the rod-like steel material 10 to be inserted therethrough.
