To provide a circularly polarizing plate having a novel configuration, an optical laminate comprising the same, and an image display device.SOLUTION: A circularly polarizing plate is provided, comprising a linearly polarizing plate and a cured liquid crystal layer, the linearly polarizing plate comprising a polarizer and a protective film laminated only on one surface of the polarizer, where the polarizer, the protective film, and the cured liquid crystal layer are arranged in the described order.
