To produce a seasoned sheet laver which: has a crunchy texture specific to a dry state of the dried sheet laver, in particular, is made to be easily crunched in a mouth while having seasoning liquid applied thereto; even when stacked in large numbers for a long period of time, causes no sticking between contact surfaces; can be stored with simple packaging; and is good in quality and texture.SOLUTION: Production of a seasoned sheet laver is carried out with, as essential steps, a step of forming a large number of pinholes in a dispersion state over a whole surface of a dried sheet laver material; then, a step of applying seasoning liquid containing starch syrup to the sheet laver material; and a heating and drying step of drying the seasoning liquid to form a wrinkle in the seasoned sheet laver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
