To provide a plastic bottle which can absorb depressurization inside the bottle even if the plastic bottle is reduced in weight, can be easily attached with a desirable label and can be suppressed from being deteriorated in design.SOLUTION: A plastic bottle 10 comprises a mouth part 11, a shoulder part 12, a trunk part 20 and a bottom part 30. In the trunk part 20 are arranged parallely in a circumferential direction a plurality of concave grooves 21 extending in a vertical direction and having functions as ribs respectively. Between the concave grooves 21 adjacent in the circumferential direction to each other are formed circumference walls 22 having deformation inducing functions, where each concave groove 21 is within an area in which a label La is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
