The present invention relates to: a seamless can that has an inner-surface coated film having excellent coated-film coatability and corrosion resistance, at least on a can inner-surface; and a coated metal plate with which such a seamless can can be molded. The present invention is characterized in that: the inner-surface coated film contains a polyester resin; the content of aromatic dicarboxylic acid is 70 mole percent or greater when the total amount of a polycarboxylic acid component in the polyester resin is 100 mole percent; and the gel fraction (A) of the inner-surface coated film expressed by the following equation is less than 90 percent.
