To provide a dry film preventing sharpness from becoming worse due to adhesion of a resin to a blade in continuous slit processing, and consequently, generating no crack and floating of a resin in an end part, and no floating of a protective film.SOLUTION: A dry film which comprises a carrier film, a resin layer and a protective film is such that: the peeling strength of the protective film to the resin layer is 0.010 kgf/cm or more; and the peeling strength of the protective film to the resin layer is larger than the peeling strength of the carrier film to the resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
