Provided is a fruit vegetable holder capable of easily and flexibly solving problems related to fixing and holding of a nuclear fruit and a citrus fruit and damage of an edible part during peeling work. The fruit vegetable holder for subjecting the held fruit vegetable to peeling work while rotating it is composed of a plurality of needle-like pins 3 provided with bent connection parts 6 in the middle and a base 2 for fixing the pins 3. The pins 3 have a structure capable of rotating with respect to the base 2, and the bent connection parts 6 are arranged so as to be oriented in the rotating direction of the fruit vegetable.
