Solution: The present invention provides a natural killer cell activator containing, as an active ingredient, 1 or more salmon derived material selected from the group consisting of salmon juice, salmon juice dried product, and salmon fruit dried product. A helper T cell increasing agent comprising, as an active ingredient, 1 or more of a salmon derived substance selected from the group consisting of salmon juice, a dried salmon juice, and a dried salmon juice.
