To provide a gas barrier container having excellent transparency and preferable adhesion of a gas barrier film in the whole part of the container having a complicated shape, and capable of keeping preferable gas barrier property after filling a content like beverage and storing the same for a predetermined period, and a manufacturing method of the gas barrier container.SOLUTION: A gas barrier container formed of a thermoplastic resin container comprises a gas barrier layer (a) on a substrate.
