The present invention provides an extract with strong flavor and suppressed turbidity, a method for producing the extract, and food and drink containing the extract. It has been found that the extract with strong flavor and suppressed turbidity can be produced by extracting the dried product with the 50ogag 125 degrees developer graph using the Brix 45 and 80 percent sugar and/or sugar alcohol as an extraction solvent, and the present invention has been completed.
