The coating composition is characterized in that a heat-resistant resin (A), a non-melt processable fluorine-containing polymer (B), and a melt processable fluorine-containing polymer (C) are dispersed in an aqueous medium, the average particle diameter of resin particles in (A) to (C) is 0.1 to 10 micro m, and methyl cellulose is not substantially contained.
