To facilitate purchasing operation and replacing operation by automatically discharging a content, monitoring/detecting a residual content amount, and notifying a user of an article replacing/purchasing period at an appropriate timing to promote purchase.SOLUTION: An electrically-driven device 10 comprises: a body 11 to which a bottle container 50 can be fitted; a driving device 12 that causes a content to be extracted from the bottle container 50 fitted to the body 11; a discharge nozzle 13 through which the content extracted from the driving device 12 is discharged from the body 11 to the outside; and a built-in sensor 20 that monitors the discharging of the content through the discharge nozzle 13.
