Sushi

Problem to be solved: To provide a Japanese sushi desired to use a fruit easy to distribute by physical distribution as a commodity, and to provide a method for producing the same. Solution: a lint sushi according to one aspect of the present invention has sweet boiled fried rice, vinegar packed in the fried rice, and fruit wrapped in skin. The fried rice packed in the fried rice and the fruit wrapped in the skin are preferably closed and wrapped so that the vinegar packed in the fried rice and the fruit wrapped in the skin are not visible from the outside.
